Job Summary:
The Manager ? Take-to-Market will focus on developing programs and driving performance in the Start-up segment as well as increase market penetration in our Fibre optic footprint.

Job Responsibilities:
? Producing, executing and monitor performance of quarterly marketing plans.
? Develop and implement marketing campaigns in support of our operating plan objectives.
? Identify and pursue new opportunities for Acquisition, within our fibre footprint and in the Start Up segment (new business).
? Work closely with key stakeholders including our Sales, Marketing Communication, Legal, Finance and Business Intelligence teams to collectively drive results
? Undertake market research and industry intelligence to accurately size revenue potential for marketing programs
? Proactively analyze the competitive landscape and ensure Bell?s positioning is clearly articulated and understood by sales teams.
? Manage the performance of programs relative to targets and produce action plans, when required.
? Work with Product team to develop value propositions, sales tools and collateral

Skills and Competencies
? Experience in Marketing and Strategic Planning
? Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to influence management at all levels including senior executive levels
? Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
? Demonstrated knowledge of marketing across all media types including but not limited to direct mail, email, internet, social media, mobile, etc
? Proven track record for successful marketing and communication campaigns that drive revenue
? Excellent oral, written and presentation skills (French an asset)
? Strong financial and business acumen
? Establish & maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams, and colleagues
? Excellent time management and organizational skills
? Ability to manage a team, motivate and deliver productivity
? Adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
? Have a passion for success and be results oriented
? Bring fun and excitement into the workplace

Experience/Education/Language Skills required:
? Minimum 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in Telecommunications industry.
? Business or Marketing degree, preferably at the graduate level.
? English and French bilingualism considered a valuable asset.
